Individual and Family Therapy
Our Individual and Family Therapy program provides a compassionate space for individuals and families to explore the unconscious patterns that shape their lives, offering pathways to liberation from those that no longer serve them. Through deeper self-awareness, this therapy helps individuals connect with their most authentic selves. From infancy, we have two essential emotional needs—attachment, or connection to others, and authenticity, or connection to ourselves. Authenticity is the capacity to know what we feel, to be in touch with our bodies and to be able to express and manifest who we are in our activities and relationships. We equip individuals and families with the tools and environment necessary to meet these needs successfully by providing healing from shame and false beliefs which keep us locked in harmful behaviors.

Adoption Competency
Our Adoption Competency services provide specialized therapeutic support to address the complex emotional, relational, and identity challenges that often accompany the adoption experience. We help adoptive parents and children navigate issues such as attachment, grief, loss, identity formation, and the unique dynamics within adoptive families. Using an attachment-based approach, we equip families with the tools to strengthen their bonds, foster trust, and create a secure, nurturing environment for the child’s emotional and psychological well-being. This service is tailored to the individual needs of each family, with a focus on long-term resilience and healing.
Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health
Our Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) program integrates principles from Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) to provide comprehensive mental health support for infants and young children, particularly those impacted by early adverse experiences. Grounded in TBRI’s Connecting, Empowering, and Correcting Principles, our program focuses on creating a secure, nurturing environment where children can thrive. We guide parents in adjusting their caregiving to meet their child’s unique needs, fostering secure attachment through attuned and responsive parenting. The program promotes emotional healing and developmental growth, laying the foundation for long-term well-being.
Play Therapy with a Neurorelational Emphasis
Play Therapy utilizes the transformative power of play to support children who have experienced trauma, recognizing the varied forms and lasting impacts these experiences can have on a child’s sense of security, self- worth, and their ability to connect with others. By creating a safe and predictable environment, this approach prioritizes giving children control over their playtime, recognizing that trauma often involves a loss of agency. Allowing children to choose their activities and how they engage in play empowers them, reinforcing their autonomy and aiding in rebuilding their confidence. Role-playing and storytelling are integral parts of this therapy, providing opportunities for children to process their experiences, overcome fears, and prepare for new situations. Incorporating themes of resilience, healing, and personal growth, Play Therapy supports children in understanding their experiences and promotes personal growth in a nurturing environment.
