Our integrated Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) program draws upon the principles of Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) to offer comprehensive support for infants and young children, particularly those who have faced trauma or adverse early life experiences. T BRI provides a foundation for our program, complementing the key components of IECMH. The program focuses on creating za secure and nurturing environment, incorporating TBRI’s Connecting, Empowering, and Correcting Principles with 6IECMH Guiding Principles for a culturally responsive and zequitable approach. Emphasizing safety and well-being, zmeeting physiological needs, enhancing emotional regulation, and building secure attachments are core components. Our goals include establishing a safe environment, addressing zphysiological needs, fostering emotional regulation, building resilient attachments, and equipping caregivers with effective strategies.
