Our Case Management Consultation Program is designed to provide expert guidance, strategic solutions, and cost-effective support for cases that have been open for an extended period. Our program offers specialized consultation to case managers, with the goal of expediting permanency for families.

Through this service, the Center for Attachment & Trauma partners with caseworkers and agencies to identify barriers, streamline case plans, and implement targeted interventions. By focusing on the specific needs of each case, we help create clear pathways toward permanency, reducing delays and saving valuable resources. Our consultative approach ensures that families receive the intensive support needed to overcome challenges, enabling quicker resolutions and better outcomes for children and parents.

This service is particularly useful in the following situations:

  • When case plans have been completed, but the parent’s behavior has not yet demonstrated meaningful change.
  • When expert recommendations are needed from a clinician, but a full psychological evaluation is not necessary or cost-effective.
  • When cases have been open for an extended time without significant progress toward permanency.
  • When barriers to family reunification or stability remain unclear, and targeted solutions are required.
  • When intensive support is needed to address complex family dynamics that are hindering progress.

This flexible, solution-oriented service ensures that caseworkers receive timely, expert consultation tailored to the specific needs of each family, helping to expedite permanency and save resources.
